Engineer Rashid Al Leem, Director General of Department of Seaportsand Customs, Director General of Hamryah Free Zone Authority, recently has beenawarded the Lifetime Achievement Award in appreciation for his efforts tocounter greenhouse effects.
The honouring took place in Chennai in attendance of Nawab MohammedAli, Prince of Arcot, where Al Leem received the award from Dr. M. B. Nirmal, Chairman of ExnoraInternational, a Chennai based NGO Development Institution which wasestablished in 1989 to promote environmental awareness and decreasing themankind interference in the environment.
Al Leem said that the award will be anotherreason for him to pay more attention to the environment preservation and awarenessmatters and voluntary works locally and international.
